IRRK: Borealis Dish crater becomes memorial site.

In a surprise unveiling, the city of Borealis revealed a memorial to it’s fallen earlier.

The memorial, which sits at the site of the former Borealis Communication Dish was a long-term planned regeneration programme as part of the transformation of Borealis.

The memorial site is designed as an area of quiet reflection for all the people of Rubi-Ka, serving as a sore reminder to those that we lost in the events that Rubi-Ka suffered.
